• Day-to-day HR support 
• Employee life-cycle support, from onboarding to offboarding
• Supporting with scheduling of interviews, gaining candidate feedback, liaising with external vendors
• Supporting with all year-end duties, including supporting with compensation reviews
• Working with the wider HR team to ensure the operation and business is running smoothly
• Supporting with ad-hoc HR projects 
• Supporting with Payroll (UK and US) 

What is the company looking for? 

• Demonstrable experience in a similar HR role or Compensation role
• Previous experience using HRIS system including HiBob 
• Strong data and analytical skills 
• Confidence using MS Office - Excel & Word 
• Resourceful, solutions oriented and strong attention to detail
