An exciting opportunity has arisen with our client, a leading organisation based in Datchet, who are seeking an experienced and highly organised HR and Recruitment Coordinator to join their Human Resources team.

This is a fantastic role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced HR environment, enjoys taking ownership of the recruitment lifecycle, and is looking to develop within a supportive and forward-thinking team.

The Role

As the HR and Recruitment Coordinator, you’ll be responsible for managing the full recruitment and onboarding process, ensuring a smooth and engaging experience for both candidates and hiring managers. You will also provide day-to-day administrative support across various HR functions, working closely with HR Business Partners and the Head of HR.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing end-to-end recruitment: resource planning, advertising, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
  • Liaising with hiring managers to ensure job profiles are accurate and aligned with company values and policies
  • Headhunting via LinkedIn and other platforms as required
  • Coordinating interviews, assessments, and offers
  • Handling all pre-employment checks including Right to Work, DBS, and references
  • Supporting with new starter and exit interviews
  • Maintaining accurate recruitment activity reports
  • Acting as the primary administrator for the company’s internal digital workspace, Exchange
About You

To succeed in this role, you’ll need to be confident managing recruitment processes and building strong working relationships across all levels of the organisation.

Key skills and experience:

  • Proven experience managing the full recruitment cycle
  • Confident using recruitment platforms and direct sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn)
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills
  • High attention to detail and able to prioritise workload effectively
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Able to handle confidential information with integrity
  • Ideally CIPD qualified or working towards it
