Job Description :

Our Client a highly reputable well-known employer within Professional Services have an exciting opportunity for a to join their busy thriving HR team.

You will contribute to supporting in all aspects of the HR department, predominantly the end to end recruitment process.

This role would really suit someone who is confident, sociable, proactive and enjoys taking ownership of their work.

Business or HR degree would work really well for this opportunity but not essential.

Responsibilities:

  • Vetting candidates, Booking interviews
  • Liaising with hiring managers
  • Starter packs and Inductions for new employees
  • Administer and maintain the HR system and support benefits and compliance
  • Monitoring holiday and absence
  • Maintenance and reporting (including new starter entry, termination, etc.)
  • Learning and development; legislation compliance, additional training for staff

Attributes:

  • Recruitment/HR experience would be highly advantageous
  • A fast learner, who enjoys taking on new responsibilities
  • Highly organised, dependable and professional
  • Ability to cope well in a fast-paced environment

HR Administrator

Salary: £28,000

Benefits: 1 day working from home, 25 days holiday, private medical + lots more

Location: St Albans

Hours: Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm

Duration: 12 months Contact
