We are seeking an HR Advisor with a strong background in the Technology & Telecoms industry. The ideal candidate will be able to work as a standalone advisor in a small HR team.

Description
- Employee relations management
- Build effective working relationships with employees at all levels, providing advice and guidance on a range of HR policies and HR related issues to support understanding and ensure effective communication of good HR practice
- Support VP, Head of HR in advising and assisting people managers in disciplinary, grievance, probation management, performance management, sickness absence, and flexible working
- Manage and conduct exit interviews for mid-level employees and below; collect and consolidate feedback, and analyse it for key themes
- DE&I indicatives
- Coordinate recruitment processes and talent acquisition strategies
- Facilitate employee development and training programs
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations
- Handle HR administration tasks, including record-keeping and payroll
Profile
A successful HR Advisor should have:
- Technology HR experience
- Strong knowledge of HR practices and employment law
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially
- Capabilities to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
