Your new companyYou will be working for a construction company in Central London.This role will operate on a remote basis with occasional ad hoc travel around sites in London as needed.Your new roleYou will be working as a Temporary HR Advisor for an initial 6 month period however this may extend.The individual is responsible for supporting all operational HR aspects of the employment life cycle, including recruitment, manpower planning, performance management, sickness absence across the region. To provide first point contact for all general HR issues relating to Company policy and procedure which cannot be resolved by the HR Service Centre.??Key Responsibilities
