HR Advisor
- Annual Salary: £35,000-£40,000
- Location: Manchester, Leeds (with regular travel to Edinburgh and Inverness)

Join a leading accountancy and consulting firm as an HR Advisor. This role involves working across various regional offices, providing expert advice on employee relations, performance, and retention. Day-to-day of the role:
- Provide guidance on a broad range of HR issues including employee relations, performance management, and retention strategies.
- Regular travel across regional offices in Manchester, Leeds, Edinburgh, and Inverness to ensure cohesive HR practices.
- Act as the first point of contact for managers, coaching them on fair practices and HR matters.
- Undertake project work for group or firm-wide initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and contributing to content development.
- Analyse and present data such as monthly MI reports, engagement survey results, and exit interviews to make informed management decisions.
- Collaborate closely with the People Operations and People Experience teams to enhance processes and share best practices.
- Support and mentor the People Operations Administration team, providing training and handling ad hoc queries.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Advanced specialised training, relevant degree, or equivalent experience in HR or a related field.
- Proven experience in professional services or a partnership environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in relevant systems and software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and build partnerships across teams.
- Strong presentation skills and the ability to persuade and influence others.
