FTC HR Advisor
- Annual Salary: £40,000-£50,000pa (FTE)
- Location: Remote, Surrey (Travel to the office twice a month)

Reed HR have partnered with a fantastic company who are seeking an HR Advisor to support the Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) in delivering high-quality HR services across the business. This role involves managing the entire employee lifecycle, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements, and enhancing employee engagement and performance.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Provide first-class HR consultancy service to line managers, ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
- Manage employee relations issues, build and maintain trusted relationships to enhance employee engagement.
- Support the recruitment process from advertising to offer, working closely with recruitment partners and hiring managers.
- Assist in the completion of HR administration tasks such as approvals, job descriptions, advertising, and onboarding.
- Guide managers on performance reviews, absence management, maternity leave, and flexible working requests.
- Coach and guide managers in handling formal and informal employee relations cases to ensure compliance and reduce risk.
- Act as an HR representative at formal meetings, producing accurate meeting minutes and documentation.
- Lead and support HR projects and performance management processes.
- Maintain accurate digital and paper records and ensure timely updates in the HRIS system.
- Support the creation and delivery of HR-led training and policy updates.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven HR advisory experience in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of employment law and experience with ER casework.
- Excellent customer service skills, approachability, and strong communication abilities.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills, able to meet deadlines.
- Self-motivated, flexible, and driven to deliver results.
- Ethical, with strong integrity and an advocate for change and continuous improvement.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Financial Services experience and CIPD Level 5 or working towards it are preferred.
