About the Role:As HR Advisor, you’ll support the delivery of a full range of generalist HR services. You’ll work closely with managers and employees across the business, providing guidance on policies, procedures, and employee relations. This role offers the chance to develop your skills in a supportive environment with real progression potential.
Key Responsibilities: - Provide first-line HR advice and support to managers and employees
- Assist with employee relations cases including disciplinary and grievance processes
- Support recruitment and onboarding activities
- Maintain and update HR systems and records
- Contribute to HR projects and initiatives
- Ensure compliance with employment legislation and company policies
About You: - Previous experience in an HR role (e.g. HR Assistant or HR Coordinator)
- CIPD Level 3 (or working towards Level 5) desirable
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident, approachable, and eager to learn
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
