We’re recruiting on behalf of a well-respected engineering and manufacturing group with a proud legacy and a progressive outlook. With a strong commitment to innovation, sustainability, and community, the organisation employs over 120 people across two UK sites and is preparing for a leadership transition within HR.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage recruitment, employee relations, and absence processes
• Lead return-to-work procedures and ensure compliance with employment legislation
• Coordinate monthly payroll and produce HR reports
• Analyse workforce trends and deliver people-focused improvements
• Champion wellness and employee engagement initiatives
• Refresh HR policies and procedures, and lead internal communications to ensure clarity and understanding

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience at HR Advisor level, ideally within a manufacturing or engineering environment
• CIPD Level 5 qualification (or working towards it) is desirable
• A proactive, strategic mindset with the confidence to influence and lead change
