Reporting to the HR Business Partner, the HR Advisor will play a key role in providing comprehensive generalist HR support across the full employee lifecycle whilst actively contributing to the delivery of the HR department’s goals and initiatives.

As a trusted partner, you will provide innovative, forward-thinking advice and constructive challenge, while ensuring a consistently high-quality experience for all stakeholders.

A fast paced and varied role, where such duties will include:

  • Collaborating with managers and leaders across the business to deliver expert guidance on employee relations, promoting a culture built on trust, fairness, and accountability
  • Providing guidance and coaching to managers on the effective application and interpretation of HR policies and procedures
  • Reviewing, updating, and actively contributing to the development of HR policies, procedures, and practices
  • Assisting in compiling and analysing HR reports, metrics and workforce data in collaboration with the HR team to support informed decision-making.

The successful candidate will have demonstrated experience working as an HR Advisor, with a solid HR generalist background and comprehensive knowledge of employee relations and employment law. You will also have experience designing and delivering training to upskill managers on HR policies and processes, as well as producing HR reports and metrics. Studying for CIPD Level 5 would be advantageous. My client is particularly interested in candidates who bring a proactive, solutions-focused mindset, a positive, can-do attitude, and the ability to drive continuous improvement
