HR Advisor

We are seeking an HR Advisor to join our client's team on a temporary basis for up to 3 months. This role is ideal for an experienced, dynamic and proactive professional who is skilled in handling a wide range of HR tasks.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide advice and support on a range of HR issues including employee relations, performance management, and recruitment.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Support the HR team in managing HR projects and initiatives.
- Handle HR administration tasks as needed.
Skills, Experience and Competences
- Strong HR generalist background
- Be accustomed to working in a challenging fast paced environment
- Meticulous attention to detail, with excellent organisational and planning skills
- Awareness of UK employment law and practice
- Able to build and maintain relationships with a wide range of people
- Strong administrative skills
- Confident and engaging
- Appropriate Level of Membership of CIPD
