As HR Advisor, you’ll play a key role in leading complex ER cases and supporting the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding through to policy development and employee relations. It’s the ideal next step for someone confident, solutions-focused, and ready to make a real impact.

HR Advisor Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage employee relations cases from start to finish
- Act as the go-to advisor for disciplinary and grievance processes across the business
- Support and coordinate recruitment activities
- Own the new starter experience, from offer to induction
- Contribute to redundancy processes and employee consultations
- Review and update HR policies to align with the latest legislation
- Handle day-to-day HR queries via the shared inbox
- Liaise with agencies and internal teams to organise temporary staffing
- Work closely with payroll to ensure smooth processing of starters, leavers, and absences
- Maintain accurate records in the HRIS and produce reports using Excel
HR Advisor Skills and Experience:
- Proven HR generalist experience, already at Advisor level
- Strong experience managing ER cases independently
- Up-to-date knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
- Confident communicator with the ability to influence and advise across all levels
- Organised, solutions-focused, and always one step ahead
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Full UK driving licence, able to travel when required
