About the Role
As our client's HR Advisor, you’ll play a key role in supporting people managers and employees through all aspects of the employee lifecycle. From handling ER cases to advising on policy, performance, and wellbeing, you’ll be a trusted partner in shaping a high-performing, people-first culture.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Provide expert advice and guidance on employee relations matters including disciplinary, grievance, absence, and performance management.
- Support managers in navigating sensitive conversations and ensuring fair, consistent outcomes.
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners and Legal to manage risk and ensure compliance with employment law.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of ER policies, procedures, and training.
- Use data and insights to identify trends and proactively address root causes of ER issues.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in an ER-focused HR role, ideally within a fast-paced or tech-driven environment.
- Experience of using a cloud-based HR database systems and Microsoft applications
- Confident communicator with the ability to influence and build trust with all stakeholders
- Confident working independently
- Calm under pressure, with excellent judgement and problem-solving skills.
- CIPD Level 5 qualification
