HR Advisor

Are you a proactive and people-focused HR professional ready to make a real impact? We’re looking for an experienced HR Advisor to deliver end-to-end HR services, supporting regional teams with expert guidance and strategic insight.
About the Role
As an HR Advisor, you’ll be a key enabler of business success, providing hands-on support across a wide range of HR functions. From employee relations and recruitment to organisational development and data-driven insights, you’ll work closely with leaders to shape a positive and productive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Build strong relationships with business stakeholders to deliver a robust HR service.
- Lead on complex HR matters including performance, grievance, disciplinary, restructures, and redundancies.
- Partner with recruitment teams to ensure effective hiring strategies and accurate role profiles.
- Monitor employment law and HR trends to advise on proactive actions.
- Travel regularly to regional offices, with occasional overnight stays.
- Use people data to produce insightful reports on engagement, absence, and turnover.
- Support TUPE processes and liaise with trade unions and legal advisors.
- Represent HR at business meetings and deputise for the People Partner when required.
- Collaborate with internal teams to maintain and improve HR processes and SOPs.
What We’re Looking For
- Degree or equivalent qualification.
- CIPD Chartered or Graduate membership (or working towards).
- Strong knowledge of UK employment law.
- Commercial awareness and a commitment to continuous professional development.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and coaching skills.
- Proven experience in people management and organisational development.
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel.
