?? Location: Stirling (with regular travel across regional offices from Elgin to Sheffield)?? Full-Time | Permanent?? Reports to: People Partner

Are you a proactive and people-focused HR professional ready to make a real impact? We’re looking for an experienced HR Advisor to deliver end-to-end HR services, supporting regional teams with expert guidance and strategic insight.

About the Role

As an HR Advisor, you’ll be a key enabler of business success, providing hands-on support across a wide range of HR functions. From employee relations and recruitment to organisational development and data-driven insights, you’ll work closely with leaders to shape a positive and productive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build strong relationships with business stakeholders to deliver a robust HR service.
  • Lead on complex HR matters including performance, grievance, disciplinary, restructures, and redundancies.
  • Partner with recruitment teams to ensure effective hiring strategies and accurate role profiles.
  • Monitor employment law and HR trends to advise on proactive actions.
  • Travel regularly to regional offices, with occasional overnight stays.
  • Use people data to produce insightful reports on engagement, absence, and turnover.
  • Support TUPE processes and liaise with trade unions and legal advisors.
  • Represent HR at business meetings and deputise for the People Partner when required.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to maintain and improve HR processes and SOPs.
What We’re Looking For
  • Degree or equivalent qualification.
  • CIPD Chartered or Graduate membership (or working towards).
  • Strong knowledge of UK employment law.
  • Commercial awareness and a commitment to continuous professional development.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and coaching skills.
  • Proven experience in people management and organisational development.
  • Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel.
