HR Advisor FTC until June 2026

Hybrid - 3 days in City office

Up to £45,000 + 10% completion bonus (pro rata)

Join a small, friendly HR team of 3 in a hands-on HR Advisor contract opportunity combining project support, management of day-to-day HR operations and supporting with upcoming change.

Key Responsibilities

* Delivery of BAU HR tasks

* Projects within the term include salary reviews, bonus rounds, and training programme revamp

* Guiding Line Managers through change

* Effective management of documentation and timescales

* Management of employee social events calendar including team anniversary celebrations and team lunches

About You

* Experienced HR Advisor, ideally with exposure to supporting or leading consultation processes

* Confident, proactive, and operationally strong

* Comfortable in a small business environment

* Discreet and professional
