HR Advisor - £45 000.
An award winning Business Centre/ Serviced Office organisation is urgently seeking an immediate start HR Advisor.
The role is office based, 5 days per week. In their City office - close to Bank/ Moorgate.
The post pays up to £45 000.
You’ll be responsible for providing a professional, efficient and cost-effective HR service for staff. Based in the Central London office in a small but busy team, reporting to the HR Director. If you can juggle tasks with a smile on your face and deliver great customer service then this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the HR Team with any day-to-day queries.
- Responsible for providing support in the day-to-day HR function.
- Providing accurate and appropriate advice on a full range of HR issues.
- Analyse employee statistics such as absence, staff turnover, etc.
- Ensure HR data is kept up to date at all times.
- Liaising with legal bodies on any ER issues when required.
- Collate and submit wider HR statistics.
- Lead or support disciplinary, grievance and appeal hearings.
- Assist with the recruitment process from end to end.
- Complete Pension and Payroll administration.
- Constantly review learning and development opportunities.
- Run workshops to support a learning culture
- Keep-up-to date with legislation and best practice at all times.
- Implement HR strategies, policies and procedures within the company.
- Revise and draft job descriptions and person specifications.
- Carry out internal quality audits.
- Implement recruitment and selection activities.
- Develop and implement performance management and appraisal processes.
