HR Advisor - Frazer Jones : Job Details

I am delighted to work with a services based business in Quedgeley, Gloucester to recruit a permanent HR Advisor. This is a unique opportunity to join a private equity backed business, with lots of opportunity to develop and progress as the organisation continues to grow through acquisition.

This is a hybrid role requiring travel to site 2 days per week in Quedgeley, and monthly/ bi monthly travel to a site in Kent. Responsibilities include;

We are working with this business to recruit a permanent HR Advisor, to provide generalist support across all areas of the employee lifecycle from recruitment throgh to exit interviews. You will be a first point of contact for employee and line managers alike, providing advice and support on policies and processes. You will manage employee relations cases, for your business area.

Due to the fast growth nature of this scale up organisation, there's lots of opportunity to get involved in project work. Some key projects include; system implementation, employee engagement, policy and procedure creation, leadership and management development programs.

What you need to succeed:

You are a hardworking, diligent and organised HR Advisor with excellent communication skills. You're ambitious and keen to progress in you career, happy to support HR change and transformation.
