Description

The role of the HR Advisor will include:

  • Provide HR advice and support to managers and team members across the business.
  • Implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with employment law.
  • Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and training processes.
  • Manage employee relations issues, including disciplinary and grievance procedures.
  • Contribute to the development of HR strategies and initiatives.
  • Coordinate with payroll to ensure accurate employee compensation.
  • Participate in performance management processes.
  • Support diversity and inclusion initiatives within the company.

Profile

A successful HR Advisor should have:

  • Level 5 CIPD qualification
  • Experience working in a HR Advisor role, preferably within the retail industry.
  • Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
  • Previous experience of working within manufacture or FMCG industries
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask.
  • Proficiency in HR systems and databases.

Job Offer

On offer is a salary range of £26,000 to £30,000 per year.
