HR Advisor - MLC Partners : Job Details

MLC Partners are working with an NHS organisation who are looking to recruiter an Interim HR Advisor, initially until the end of July 2024.

The organisation is going through a restructure and they are looking someone to join them to support them through this process.

The successful candidate will be responsible for helping with:

• Coordinating voluntary redundancy appeals
• Coordinating appeals against job matching
• Team diary management, Job Evaluation & Job Matching
• Support the HR Change Business Partner in ad hoc tasks
• Provided first line advice & support to managers, on employee relations, including sickness, unauthorised absence & performance management
• Assist managers & the HR Change Business Partner in preparing documents for formal meetings, group consultation meetings & one-to-one consultation meetings

To be considered for this role, you will need to have experience of working as a HR Advisor, ideally within the NHS. Experience of working on restructures and redundancy programmes would be a distinct advantage.

This role will be predominantly remote and they are looking for someone to start within the next 1-2 weeks, so you must be available at short notice.
