HR Advisor - Clearwater People Solutions Ltd : Job Details

We are supporting a small but growing ecommerce company to recruit for a HR Advisor on a permanent basis. This role can with be 30hrs per week or 42hrs per week. Key Responsibilities for the HR Advisor:- Supporting new managers with coaching and mentor guidelines - Full management of the recruitment for the company including onboarding and inductions of new starters - Migrating current HR platform onto the in house system in order to reduce monthly costs - Focussing on employee wellbeing and engagement - Supporting with payroll prep and running Key Skills for the HR Advisor: - Experience in a HR role with the above responsibilities- Must have a car to be able to drive to site - Relationship Building
