Title; HR Advisor

Salary; 40k

Role type; permanent

Hybrid; 3 days in the office - but subject to change depending on business requirements

My client is a well established and highly successful professional services consultancy based in the City of London. They are now looking for a HR Advisor to join their team. This is an incredibly varied role and encompasses many aspects and duties - including; working across the full employee life-cycle and supporting Managers, employees and the HR team. The role is primarily based in the London office, but there will be some travel to their national offices located around the country.

The duties include;

• Providing support across the full employee life-cycle
• Day-to-day support, advice and coaching - for the management team
• Liaising directly with employees to assist with any issues, questions or queries
• Handling ER cases - liaising with Managers and individuals
• Providing 'best practice knowledge’ and guidance on HR policy and laws
• Assist with payroll administration
• End-to-end recruitment
• Managing benefits - keeping up-to-date on benefit improvements, queries and assisting employees with any questions
• EDI projects
• Keeping up-to-date with changing legislation
• Adhoc HR tasks/projects as they arise

Candidate attributes/skills;

• CIPD Level 5
• End-to-end employee life-cycle knowledge
• ER knowledge/case management
• Outstanding people management skills and able to communicate effectively with a diverse team
• Able to deliver advice, training and coaching
• Expert knowledge of HR policy
• Team player, supportive, helpful and happy to work in a close team
• Professional, positive, personable
• Happy to learn, believes in continuous learning and improvement
