Cameron James is exclusively partnering with a leading manufacturer based in Bridlington, to recruit a talented HR Advisor.

As HR Advisor, you’ll provide support and operational HR expertise in all aspects of the employee lifecycle, whilst supporting with key projects aligned to their people strategy.

You’ll play a key role in supporting employees and also managers to expand their people management capabilities and practices. Providing advice and guidance to Managers around workforce planning, recruitment managing performance, grievances, people development and employee related issues.

There’s lots of exciting projects to undertake, expanding your own personal development, helping enhance the company culture and supporting the next phase of growth. What’s more there’s a real commitment and investment from the HR Manager to work collaboratively, but also mentor and develop you further to optimise the career progression available with this opportunity and company.

We’d love to hear from experienced HR Advisors with a broad range of generalist skills and a drive to work in an ever improving and fast-moving environment. You will have a thorough understanding of the employee lifecycle, from ER, recruitment, to training, culture and wellbeing and enjoy learning and self-development.

Being a positive self-starter along with having strong interpersonal and influential skills will ensure you fit perfectly with the role, combined with excellent organisational skills, a keen eye for detail and the ability to effectively multitask.

This is a full-time role, being visible and available is important to the success of this role, however, flexible working hours are available along with the opportunity to work remotely one day per week.
