HR Advisor - FTC - Artis Recruitment : Job Details

Artis Recruitment is working with a well-respected organisation in the social care sector to recruit a Temporary HR Advisor to support their busy People and Culture team.Please note: candidates must have the right to work in the UK, be immediately available, and hold a full UK driving licence with access to a vehicle.This is a fantastic short-term opportunity for an experienced HR professional to step into a generalist role where you can make an immediate impact in a fast-paced, people-focused environment.What you'll be doing:Acting as the first point of contact for HR advice, especially around employee relations and absenceAdvising managers on disciplinary, grievance, and performance processesSupporting formal casework and attending hearingsCollaborating with recruitment, operations and wellbeing teams to support workforce needsMaintaining accurate HR records and contributing to policy developmentProducing HR reports and supporting continuous improvement initiativesWhat we're looking for:Proven generalist HR experience, ideally within a regulated or care environmentStrong knowledge of UK employment law and employee relationsCIPD Level 5 or equivalent practical experienceA proactive, organised and collaborative approachExcellent communication skills and ability to build strong relationshipsWhat's on offer:£30,000 salaryFull-time (40 hours/week)Immediate startSupportive team culture and sector experienceA meaningful opportunity to contribute to a purpose-driven organisation??
