Reed HR are looking for HR Advisor for a 9-month FTC
Your main duties and responsibilities will be as follows:
To manage recruitment campaigns as required.To assist line managers in compiling job descriptions, person specifications and recruitment adverts.To produce regular SCR reports to review with the Director of HR.To carry out audits of contractors’ records to ensure their compliance with required vetting checks of their employees (working on site at the School).To advise on compliance related queries in line with KCSIE, ISI and current legislation.To provide HR support to line managers on employee relations issues including support with probationary reviews, staff disciplinary, capability and grievance matters (escalating more complex issues to the HR Director / HR Manager).To advise on and administer maternity, paternity and shared parental leave requests as required.Prepare and issue contracts of employment and contract amendments.To provide generalist HR advice, guidance and support to all staff.To carry out new staff inductions, including Child Protection induction training for support staff, contractors and volunteers.Data entry and reporting on iTrent as required, the integrated HR and Payroll system.To monitor, analyse and report on key HR metrics, including recruitment, exit questionnaires and diversity & inclusion data.To assist any member of the HR Department with administrative tasks where necessary.To take on projects as directed by the HR Director.Undertake any other reasonable duties as required by the HR Director. Please note this is a Fixed term contract, parking is available

Hours: 8.30am - 4.30pm (they are flexible for earlier starts or later finishing)
