Position:HR Advisor- Employee Relations

Location: The convenience of working from home (with occasional meeting attendance in London and/or Manchester)

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 17:30.

Key Responsibilities and Requirements:

As a HR Advisor- Employee Relations at Rendall & Rittner, you will:

  • Be part qualified CIPD (or equivalent) and have an excellent knowledge of UK employment Law.
  • Have proven experience of managing employee relations cases, end to end including disciplinary, grievance, probation, appeal, and well-being cases.
  • Support Line Managers on the correct application of policies and procedures.
  • Liaise with our external legal support.
  • Provide monthly updates and document all procedures.
  • Manage TUPE transfers, both in and out..
  • Be keen to drive improvement and ensure best service.
