Job title: HR Advisor
Salary: £37,938–£40,476 (dependent on prior experience) well-being cash plan pension scheme (LGPS) additional Lift Schools benefits
Hours: 37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year
Location: Hybrid, remote and office-based (three days per week or equivalent for part time). Based at either South Eastern Regional Office at Lift Greensward (Hockley) or North Eastern Regional Office at Lift New Rickstones (Witham), with travel to schools as needed.
