AWE are currently recruiting for an HR Advisor to work within our E-Learning Team, reporting into the E-Learning Manager

The purpose of the HR Advisor position is to provide efficient and effective support to the E-Learning Team, working to agreed service levels and delivering excellent customer service.

Location - Reading / Basingstoke area

Package - £27,300 - £30,000 (depending on your suitability and level of experience)

Key Accountabilities

  • Maintain local team work processes and documentation, ensuring it is kept to date with current working practices
  • Identify opportunities for improvement to local team practices, and suggest changes to enhance services and systems
  • Participate in process and systems improvement activities and regularly review process documentation to ensure compliance with Company policy, legislation and regulations.
  • Work E-Learning Specialists on required changes to documentation, and ensure local work instructions are updated, taking the lead on behalf of the local team for processing changes
  • Assist in the development, testing and maintenance of e-learning
  • Maintain workload and case trackers to enable the reporting of service performance and identification of improvements.
  • Collate and analyse local team case data to identify issues and opportunities

Skills and Experience

  • Proven literacy and numeracy
  • Customer service skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Process orientation and mind-set
  • Knowledge of LMS and E-Learning platforms
  • Working knowledge of MS Excel, Word and SharePoint

This job role is suitable for hybrid working, which is an informal, non-contractual and voluntary arrangement, blending a balance of attendance in the workplace (your permanent duty station) and working from home as a personal choice. If you are successful, any opportunities for hybrid working will be discussed with you prior to you taking up your post.

The successful candidate is required to carry out all their duties from a UK location and cannot do so from an overseas location at any time.
