You'll be a trusted partner to Home and Regional Managers, offering expert guidance and coaching on HR and Employee Relations matters. Working closely with HR Business Partners and the Head of HR, you'll help shape a workplace where people feel supported and valued.

?? Key Responsibilities

  • Provide expert HR advice aligned with best practices and employment law
  • Manage complex ER cases with confidence and professionalism
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the business
  • Conduct site visits to offer hands-on HR support
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
  • Analyse HR data to identify trends and drive improvements
  • Support HR Administration with key reporting and insights
  • Stay up-to-date on immigration laws and conduct audits
  • Design and deliver impactful HR training sessions
  • Continuously develop your HR knowledge and skills

�? What We're Looking For

  • CIPD Level 5 qualification (desirable)
  • Proven experience in handling complex ER cases
  • Strong knowledge of UK employment legislation
  • Experience in a fast-paced, multi-site environment (desirable)
  • Ability to manage a high volume of HR cases
