HR Administrator Vacancy, Peebles, Scotland  £26,000-£28,00037.5 Hours per weekPermanent, Office basedYOU MUST LIVE WITHIN 1 HOUR COMMUTE AND HAVE PREVIOUS HR EXPERIENCE TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS ROLEHR Recruit are currently seeking an experienced HR Administrator for our SME client based in Peebles. You will report directly into the HR Manager who is based at another location. This role is an excellent opportunity for someone to develop their HR career.Role Accountabilities

• Assistance with recruitment as required
• Onboarding (job offer letters, contracts, paperwork, inductions, introductions etc)
• Assisting with payroll process (Change of terms notifications, sickness paperwork, other details as necessary)
• Assisting with the transition to Atlas portal for absence tracking
• Assisting with general HR queries
• General HR support as required
• MHFA support

Person Specification

• Must have proven HR experience
• Confident to work on own initiative
• Organisational and administrative skills
• Practical and logical; able to solve problems quickly

Whilst the HR Manager is based at another site, they travel up to Peebles at least once a month. There is also a dotted line to leadership support for this role.This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced HR professional to join a well established organisation where there are opportunities for development.
