HR Administrator
Location: Chiswick Avenue, Mildenhall
Salary: Up to £32,000 pro rata
Hours: Full or part time available (25-40 hours)
We’re looking for a proactive HR Administrator to support with day-to-day HR operations. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a collaborative workplace in Mildenhall.

What we’re looking for:
- Previous experience in HR or strong administrative background
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, and up-to-date IT skills
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
- Strong organisational and project management skills
- A proactive mindset with a passion for continuous improvement
- Ability to problem-solve and make sound decisions
Key responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the HR Manager and wider business.
- Maintain and update personnel files onto the HR system.
- Manage the HR inbox, respond to queries as required.
- Assisting with recruitment, onboarding, and induction processes.
- Prepare payroll data and submit to the payroll team.
- Supporting absence management and return-to-work meetings.
- Manage maternity, paternity, and family leave policy implementation.
- Conduct exit interviews, and support with the leaver processes.
- Attend meetings and take notes as required.
- Helping to drive employee engagement and wellbeing initiatives.
- Update company policies and procedures.
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth HR operations.
