HR Administrator (Data Transfer & Document Management)
About the Role:We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Administrator to support a key project involving the transfer of employee data from one CRM system to another. This role is essential in ensuring the accuracy, security, and consistency of personal and HR-related information during the transition.
Key Responsibilities:• Transfer and verify employee data between CRM systems with a high level of accuracy.• Update and maintain HR documents, including contracts, personal records, and compliance files.• Collaborate with the HR and IT teams to ensure smooth data migration and resolve any discrepancies.• Maintain confidentiality and data protection standards at all times.• Support general HR administrative tasks as required.
What We’re Looking For:• Previous experience in an HR administrative role or similar.• Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.• Comfortable working with HR systems and databases (experience with CRM platforms is a plus).• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.• Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
