HR Administrator Temporary (4–6 weeks)Location: Office-based - Lasswade, EH18Pay Rate: £13 per hourHours: 8:45am – 5:00pm, Monday to Friday - Can be fleixble We are currently seeking an HR Administrator to support our client on a temporary basis for approximately 4–6 weeks. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience within a busy HR environment and support key recruitment and onboarding activities.Key Responsibilities:
  • Advertising roles on the recruitment platform
  • Liaising with recruiting managers to support the hiring process
  • Communicating with candidates and managing interview arrangements
  • Setting up interviews and providing feedback afterwards
  • Preparing HR documentation and letters using templates
  • Assisting with onboarding of new starters, including creating staff passes and emailing new employees
  • Carrying out general HR administrative duties as required
Requirements:
  • Previous HR administrative experience desirable
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail
  • Confident IT user, with ability to pick up new systems quickly
  • Proactive, professional and able to work independently
