HR Administrator Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Supporting the HR team with administrative tasks including onboarding, offboarding, and employee record management
- Maintaining and updating HR databases and systems
- Assisting with recruitment coordination, including scheduling interviews and liaising with candidates
- Preparing HR-related documentation such as contracts, letters, and reports
- Handling confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Responding to employee queries and providing general HR support
- Assisting with payroll and absence tracking
