HR Administrator Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
  • Supporting the HR team with administrative tasks including onboarding, offboarding, and employee record management
  • Maintaining and updating HR databases and systems
  • Assisting with recruitment coordination, including scheduling interviews and liaising with candidates
  • Preparing HR-related documentation such as contracts, letters, and reports
  • Handling confidential information with discretion and professionalism
  • Responding to employee queries and providing general HR support
  • Assisting with payroll and absence tracking
