Job Description :

We are recruiting on behalf of our client in Leeming Bar for an experienced HR Administrator to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong organisational skills and a proactive attitude who’s looking to support a busy HR department in delivering a high-quality, people-focused service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage recruitment admin: adverts, interviews, onboarding paperwork
  • Support new starter inductions and review processes
  • Input and maintain employee data on HR and time management systems
  • Collect and process payroll-related information (sickness, holidays, etc.)
  • Provide first-line advice to employees and line managers on HR policies
  • Administer leaver processes and exit interviews
  • Maintain accurate personnel records, both digital and paper-based
  • Support with HR reports, audits, and compliance tasks
  • Respond to HR-related queries and reference requests

What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous HR admin experience or similar office-based role
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Confident with Microsoft Office and HR systems
  • Discreet, professional, and customer-focused approach
  • Able to work well independently and as part of a team
