- Maintaining accurate and confidential employee records and HR databases.
- Supporting onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Managing HR inbox queries, ensuring timely referral to appropriate team members.
- Coordinating diaries, meetings, and HR training sessions.
- Providing general administrative support across the HR and Business Support teams.
- Drafting correspondence including contracts, letters, and reports.
- Communicating effectively via phone, email, and in person.
- Generating reports using HR information systems.
- Ensuring compliance with internal policies and employment legislation.
- Upholding confidentiality and data protection standards at all times.
We’re looking for a HR Administrator with:
- Previous administration experience.
- The ability to liaise and build strong relationships with all colleagues across the firm.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- A proactive and positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
