An exciting opportunity has become available for an HR Administrator. This is a temp to perm opportunity offering an immediate start.
Key Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records via Employment Hero (HRIS) and paper files.
- Manage end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes, including exit interviews and payroll notifications.
- Coordinate monthly company inductions and support DBS check administration.
- Keep all HR data on Teams and Employment Hero up-to-date, including training records and compliance documents.
- Respond to internal and external queries via the HR inbox; act as first point of contact in absence of the HR/Recruitment Coordinator and HR Manager.
- Handle reference requests and support recruitment in line with company policy.
- Collaborate with Payroll/Accounts to ensure accurate payroll processing.
- Run HR reports and provide accurate data for managers, SMT, and the Park Director.
- Develop and maintain departmental standard operating procedures.
- Support the development and optimal use of the HRIS and HR app, ensuring data accuracy and GDPR compliance.
- Assist in employee engagement initiatives, including newsletters and dashboard updates.

- HR Admin and/or strong administration experience, with the aspiration to go down the HR route
- Friendly, professional manner and appearance (they are offering the opportunity to be put forward for CIPD Level 3)
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to cope under pressure
- Exceptional organisational skills
- Previous experience of working within a busy office or HR environment
- IT illiterate
- Experience of Microsoft Office including Word, Outlook, and Excel Teams
- Experience of working with an HRIS
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy
The position is offered on a salary of £24,375 working 35hrs per week however, offering flexible working hours.
