Are you an organised, detail-focused individual with a passion for people and HR?Our client is looking for a professional and motivated HR Documentation Administrator to join their dynamic HR team. This role is ideal for someone looking to start or grow their career in HR, previous HR experience or qualifications are beneficial but not essential. The right driven and outgoing person with a keen interest for employment law would be ideal for the opportunity.

?? About the Role

As a Face2Face Documentation Advisor, you’ll be providing telephone and written HR advice to clients who have requested consultancy through the Face2Face team. You’ll also be responsible for planning meetings and managing consultant diaries, often with tight deadlines and last-minute changes — so organisation and adaptability are key.

?? Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Liaise with clients via phone and email to understand their requirements and explain HR meeting processes (e.g., disciplinary, grievance, appeal, etc.)
  • Review case files and draft legally compliant, professional invitation letters for various formal HR processes
  • Manage consultant diaries and appointments as part of a small, collaborative team
  • Support consultants in managing their time and meeting client expectations
  • Maintain accurate files and logs and handle general administrative tasks
  • Contribute to the wider team objective of driving repeat business through exceptional service

? What Our Client is Looking For

  • A degree (or equivalent experience) in HR, Law, or a related business discipline (not essential)
  • Experience in employment law, HR advisory, or employee relations (not essential)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with top-tier attention to detail
  • A proven track record in delivering great customer service
  • A proactive, can-do attitude, especially in a fast-moving environment
  • A genuine passion for helping people and solving problems
