Temporary – Part time HR Administrator - based The Wirral

We are currently recruiting for an expanding business who are looking to add to their team in the way of a part time HR Administrator. This role is temporary for 3 months initially, however there may be a possibility of the role going permanent.

The role will be working as part of the senior management team, supporting with all areas of HR administration, which will include –

  • Answer and assist with general HR queries from staff.
  • Assist with payroll by sending over hours and general information.
  • Sending out HR related information internally.
  • Keeping track of HR related information such as holidays, sickness etc.
  • Being able to inform managers of general HR processes.
  • Sending out recruitment contracts and referencing.
  • All other HR administration as required.

We are looking for someone with experience supporting a HR team, who has dealt with a variety of HR tasks, recruitment, general HR know how and ideally are CIPD qualified.

This role is part time and hours can be quite flexible, roughly 24 hours per week. The office is open Monday to Friday 8.30am-5pm.

Hourly rate of £15.38ph plus holiday pay.
