Our client is seeking a capable and organised HR Administrator to join their team on a temporary basis for 3-6 months. This role is essential in supporting the recruitment and administrative activities during a busy period. The HR Administrator will be instrumental in screening candidates, coordinating recruitment logistics, and providing general HR support.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Screen CVs and applications to shortlist candidates.
- Coordinate recruitment logistics, including arranging interviews, communicating with candidates, and maintaining trackers.
- Attend interviews to take accurate and professional notes.
- Prepare documentation such as offer letters, interview templates, and onboarding materials.
- Support the onboarding process for new starters.
- Conduct compliance checks including right-to-work documentation and references.
- Assist in routine HR processes such as probation reviews, contract changes, and absence tracking.
- Maintain and update HR databases, including employee records and training logs.
- Support the HR Manager in preparation for audits or reports by gathering metrics and data.
- Respond to internal HR queries or redirect them to appropriate staff.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Prior experience in HR administration, particularly in recruitment processes and CV screening.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and within a hybrid environment.
