Description
- Execute people transactions across the entire employee life-cycle, including recruiting/onboarding through to off-boarding
- Be accountable and proactive, ensuring all queries and tasks are resolved accurately and within Service Level Agreement (SLA), escalating where appropriate to the Team Leader
- Build a strong knowledge repository of processes
- Participate in delivering and executing HR Services Strategy
Profile
A successful HR Service Administrator should have:
- Experience of working HR Operations/HR Service Centre environment
- Strong understanding of local legal requirements in your specific region e.g. UK right to work checks, data privacy requirements *
- Experience of managing HR processes in a matrix /complex organization
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to be able to monitor volumes, escalate concerns and identify process improvements
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- An ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels
- Meticulous attention to detail, with strong ownership at work
