HR Administrator

  • Location: Hybrid (Rochford Office and Home)

  • We are on the lookout for an HR Administrator with a proactive mindset and a thirst for learning to join our vibrant team. This role is perfect for someone who excels at planning their own schedule, is adaptable to the unexpected, and takes initiative. The successful candidate will engage in a variety of tasks, including HR administration, client coordination, and content drafting, with a clear development path towards becoming an HR Advisor.

    Day-to-day of the role:
  • Manage and plan your own diary, adapting to unforeseen tasks as they arise.
  • Monitor new starters, ensuring a smooth onboarding process and being proactive in addressing client needs.
  • Chase contracts and Right to Work (RTW) information, ensuring compliance and timely processing.
  • Assist with data loading and managing holiday modules within HR systems.
  • Maintain a consistently busy schedule, demonstrating initiative and a desire to learn.
  • Handle a variety of employee relations issues, providing support and advice to clients.
  • Work closely with HR Consultants, including those specializing in outsourced admin and HR portal builds.
  • Participate in weekly team meetings and maintain constant communication for support within a hybrid working environment.
  • Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships with clients.
  • A curious and mature mindset with a willingness to tackle a variety of challenges.
  • Eagerness to learn and develop within the HR field, with or without prior experience.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
  • No specific qualifications required; a positive attitude and willingness to learn are paramount.
