Human Resources Administrator

We are looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Human Resources Administrator to provide essential administrative support within our HR department. The ideal candidate will be confident in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment, with a focus on overseeing the full recruitment and onboarding process. This role is based at our Guildford campus and is part of a dedicated Group HR function that supports multiple campuses, a recording studio, and a theatre.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Manage the recruitment and onboarding processes for the organisation.
- Handle the completion of leaver processes.
- Take ownership of the two HR group email boxes.
- Write agendas and minutes for the HR team meetings.
- Perform general administration tasks including drafting contracts, preparing offer letters, and uploading details to the HRIS.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in human resources for at least 1 year (preferred).
- Strong organisational and administrative skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to work confidently in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Right to work in the UK (required).
