  • Monday - Thursday onsite with one day WFH

We are seeking an HR Administrator to provide exceptional customer service to our employees and potential employees. This role involves a wide range of administrative HR tasks and supporting the implementation of the HR 365 Microsoft Dynamics HR system. The successful candidate will work closely with the HR Coordinator and Director HR, supporting Recruitment and Onboarding activities as required.

Day to Day of the Role:
  • Maintain and update employee files in compliance with GDPR.
  • Produce and maintain accurate HR spreadsheets and support monthly Payroll requirements.
  • Handle employee requests promptly, ensuring confidentiality and escalating issues appropriately.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, including filing, scanning, and note-taking.
  • Support the implementation and data accuracy checks of the new HR system.
  • Contribute to the administrative process for Recruitment, Onboarding, and Learning & Development.
  • Produce HR process workflows and ensure processes are efficient and effective.
  • Collaborate with the Finance Team to ensure accurate financial interfaces, including HR Payroll monthly inputs.
  • Communicate effectively with third-party suppliers, employees, and applicants.
  • Provide cover for HR coordinators in their absence.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • A-level or degree level education, ideally with Business studies/HR qualifications.
  • Interest in starting or has started study towards CIPD (level 3).
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an HR Generalist Administrative role.
  • Knowledge of generalist HR processes/procedures and HR Systems.
  • High level of IT proficiency, including advanced skills in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and data management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, particularly in written English.
  • Team player with a customer-focused and ‘can do’ attitude.
  • Ability to work independently and show initiative.
