- Salary Range: £25,138 - £27,181 per annum, reflective of your expertise and experience.
- Flexible Working: Enjoy a standard Monday to Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM schedule, with the flexibility to work from home three days a week. Office attendance is required on Tuesdays and Thursdays, fostering teamwork and collaboration.

Your Role and Responsibilities:As an HR Administrator, working as part of an immediate team of 5, you'll be at the forefront of HR operations, offering:
- Comprehensive Administrative Support: From recruitment to managing starters and leavers, covering sickness absences, and more.
- Data Management: Accurate entry and maintenance of HR and payroll databases.
- Effective Communication: Being the first point of contact for HR queries, liaising with both internal and external parties to build positive working relationships.
- Event Coordination Support: Assisting in arranging and advertising HR-coordinated events alongside the HR Business Partner.
About You:
- Adaptable and Organised: Previous experience in an administrative role is crucial, with a preference for those skilled in HR administration.
- Keen Learner: An eagerness to learn, enjoy teamwork, and an approachable demeanour are key.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft 365 is essential, and familiarity with iTrent is advantageous.
- Discretion: Experience handling confidential information with the utmost discretion.
- Qualifications: A minimum of 5 GCSEs at grade C or above, including Maths and English (or equivalent).
