Key Responsibilities:

- Support the onboarding and offboarding process, including contracts, references, and exit interviews
- Coordinate training sessions, performance reviews, and probationary periods
- Assist with payroll preparation and benefits administration
- Respond to HR-related queries from employees and managers
- Ensure compliance with employment legislation and internal procedures
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a similar HR administrative role
- Strong understanding of HR processes, policies, and employment law
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
