Overview:Reed is proud to be recruiting on behalf of a well-established client in West Sussex who is seeking a proactive and organised HR & L&D Administrator to join their team on a part-time basis. This role is ideal for someone passionate about HR operations and employee development, looking to contribute to a dynamic and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update accurate employee records and HR databases
- Support payroll and benefits administration in coordination with finance
- Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and induction processes
- Respond to employee queries regarding HR policies and procedures
- Coordinate and track employee training and development activities
- Support the implementation of L&D initiatives and maintain training records
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal HR policies
- Prepare HR reports and assist with data analysis for decision-making
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth HR and L&D operations
- Stay informed on HR and L&D best practices and contribute to continuous improvement
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Administrator
- Familiarity with HR systems
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
