Housing Support Worker - Venn Group : Job Details

Housing Support Worker Required 

Contract type:       Temp (2 months can go perm for right worker)

Hours per week:    Full Time

Location:              Reading

The successful candidate will be responsible for: 

• Managing a caseload of service users
• Conducting welfare checks
• Assisting with support plans
• Helping with risk assessments
• Understanding of Safeguarding Procedures  
• Offering assistance in money management
• Supporting rough sleepers

The successful candidate will have: 

·        Enhanced DBS

·        Knowledge of safeguarding, risk assessments and maintaining professional boundaries
