Housing Support Officer who has experience working in a customer facing role, supporting young people, with excellent communication and administrative skills is required to join a housing association.
FULL TRAINING PROVIDED
You may not have experience in this sector, as the company recognise that transferrable skills and experience are just as valuable and full training is provided.
SALARY: £25,148 pro rata + Generous Benefits (see below)
LOCATION: Covering Oxford City Centre and Witney areas
JOB TYPE: Full-Time, 6 Month Fixed Term Contract
WORKING HOURS: 35 Hours per Week, Monday to Friday and part of an on-call rota
PLEASE NOTE: A Full Driving Licence and your own vehicle is essential

Working as the Housing Support Officer you will support young people in building independence and managing risks while ensuring a safe and well-maintained living environment.

As a Housing Support Officer your responsibilities will include assessing new tenants, providing tenancy support, conducting health and safety checks, and working with partner agencies.
This role requires self-motivation, as you will often work independently, with occasional on-call duties.
