Housing Paralegal - G2 Legal Limited : Job Details

Do you have experience in Housing Law or Housing Development and are keen to work for a L200 law firm with a national presence? 

This market leading firm has an outstanding opportunity for an experienced Paralegal with experience in Housing or Housing Development to work directly alongside a Partner in the team. 

This role comes with an outstanding benefits package, competitive salary and hybrid working. The office location is in central Leeds.

Your key responsibilities will include managing your own caseload of non-contentious property matters under supervision from a Partner and assisting the wider team with larger transactions, specifically: working on site acquisitions, developments and disposals for private and social housing developers.

Other duties will include supporting the due diligence and reporting that entails, specifically: requisitioning searches, monitoring results and reporting on results; obtaining title information, indemnity insurance; drafting documentation, Reports and Contracts and liaising with Plans Technicians in relation to the preparation of Title Overlay Plans and all mapping/plans issues.
