The Housing Officer will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient management and maintenance of their housing properties, as well as providing support and assistance to tenants. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a portfolio of housing properties, including conducting regular inspections, maintenance checks, and addressing any issues promptly.
• Facilitate the tenancy process, including conducting interviews, verifying eligibility, and preparing tenancy agreements.
• Provide support and assistance to tenants, including addressing inquiries, resolving conflicts, and connecting them with relevant services and resources.
• Collaborate with internal teams, external agencies, and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and coordination of services.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to property management, tenant interactions, and compliance with regulations.
• Monitor and enforce compliance with housing regulations, lease agreements, and organisational policies.
• Participate in community outreach and engagement initiatives to promote our housing programmes and services.
